The hair shading is exceptional, but unless its part of your personal style you could perhaps make her shoulders a little more softer and rounded, and her ears could be more in line with her face - her face goes slightly to the viewer's left, of course, but the ears are as if the face should be straight on.

Speaking of the face, it is very lovely! The eyes are nice.
